Production Process of Disposable Medical Masks

2. Production: PP non-woven raw materials, anti-bacterial filter paper, activated carbon cloth and waterproof and breathable membrane are hung on the material rack of the mask filming machine, and the automatic production of the debugging machine is debugged.

3. Welded synthetic type: place the nose bridge strip above the mask piece, and then fold the mask piece and wrap the nose bridge strip.

4. Inner packaging workshop: the molded mask is sterilized and disinfected, and vacuum sealed.

5. Outsourcing shipment: Integrate packaged masks into external packaging shipment.
